Weeks 1–2: twice daily, keeping the soil moist. Weeks 3–4: once daily. After that, 2–3 times a week or as needed. Early morning is best. Once established, TifTuf is very drought tolerant.
Wait 2–4 weeks until the turf is firmly rooted. Keep it at 10–30 mm and never remove more than a third of the leaf at once.
Apply a starter fertiliser 4–6 weeks after installation, then every 8–12 weeks through the growing season. Avoid fertilising in winter.
Plan on a weekly mow through summer. In winter, growth slows at the coldest point but the colour holds well.
